Shipping Policy


We’re all about fast glam with zero stress. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll get it packed and shipped ASAP from our HQ in East Cannington, WA.


Processing Times


  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • If an item is out of stock or custom matched, allow up to 3 business days for processing.
  • You’ll receive tracking info once your order has been shipped.



Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We use Sendle and Australia Post.


  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout (ETA depends on your location)
  • Express Shipping: Flat rate of $15 – receive in 1–2 business days from dispatch



New Zealand Shipping


  • Shipping is calculated at checkout
  • Please allow up to 6 business days for delivery
  • Customs or duty charges may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer



Click & Collect / In-Person Appointments


  • Available from our East Cannington showroom
  • Please await confirmation before coming to collect
  • If in stock, same-day pickup is usually available
