Refund & Exchange Policy


At Bad & Boujee Hair, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality hair pieces that help you feel confident and boujee every day. To maintain hygiene standards and product quality, we ask that you please read our policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.


Exchanges & Store Credit Only

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.


To Be Eligible for Exchange or Store Credit:


  • Hair must not be worn, altered, brushed out, or removed from the original packaging
  • Tags and netting must be intact and in original condition
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)



Colour Match Guarantee

We offer free exchanges if the colour was matched by Bad & Boujee Hair via photo or virtual appointment. In these cases, we will cover return express postage.


If you selected a colour without using our personalised colour matching service, exchanges are still welcome (if eligible), but return postage will be at the buyer’s expense.


Return Postage:

Unless covered under our Colour Match Guarantee, return postage is at the buyer’s expense. We recommend using tracked shipping as we are not responsible for lost parcels.


Non-Returnable Items:


  • Hair that has been worn, installed, or styled
  • Items purchased on sale
  • Custom orders or colour-matched items that have been altered



How to Request an Exchange:


  1. Email us at admin@badboujeehair.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, the reason for exchange, and any relevant photos.
  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.



Please note: Exchanges are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. For Cash Refunds please allow 30 days once approved
