Delivery & Returns

If you opt for standard delivery (which is a trackable service) at the checkout you will receive an estimated delivery date usually between 2-5 Business Days. Please note, this is not a 100% guaranteed service and sometimes delays can occur which are beyond our control.

NZ & Worldwide Delivery Information

To New Zealand, Deliveries will be made in 5-10 working days after you place your order depending on your location.

Terms Of Postage

If you opt for standard delivery (which is a trackable service) at the checkout, in the unlikely event your item goes missing and does not arrive after 10 working days have passed, Bad & Boujee will re-ship your order at the companies’ expense and make a claim on your behalf.
If you have purchased an International tracked service and in the unlikely even your item goes missing in the post, Bad & Boujee will process a claim and once the claim has been accepted you will receive a full refund via your original payment method.

Collections

Same day collections are available if items are in stock. All collections must be scheduled, any changes to arrangements please let us know as soon as possible.

Returns

For exchanges, product must be returned unused within 14 days with the label still attached to the hair. If you would like any more information about our returns policy please email us. If you believe you’ve received an incorrect item on your order, this must be reported to us within 14 days of you receiving your package.
